Privacy Policy

RL Trainer is a Rocket League training planner and progress tracker. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information: email address, account identifier, in-game name, platform, rank, training target, timezone, and any profile picture you upload.
• Training and performance information: sessions, drills, goals, schedules, manually entered match-performance data, and related progress.
• Social and team information: friend requests, team membership, team role, roster information, and team training assignments.
• Feedback: feedback messages, optional rating, and replies. Feedback may be submitted anonymously when you are not logged in.

How we use information

• Operate and secure your account and save your training progress.
• Show your profile and roster details to the teammates who need them.
• Deliver feedback replies and, if you leave the preference enabled, feedback-reply emails.
• Improve RL Trainer through feedback, troubleshooting, and feature planning.

Who can see your information

Your account email and private training history are not shown to other players. Team members can see the roster details needed for the team, such as in-game name, platform, rank, and team role. Managers can manage their team’s roster; coaches and managers can create team training assignments. RL Trainer owners and admins may access feedback submitted to the service so they can respond and improve it.

Service providers

RL Trainer uses Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage; GitHub Pages for website hosting; and Resend for feedback-reply email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to RL Trainer.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active or while it is needed to operate the service. You can request deletion through the in-app Delete Account control. Deleting a team removes its roster and team assignments, but does not delete individual players’ accounts or personal training history.

Security

We use account authentication, database access controls, and private file storage rules designed to limit access to authorized users. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your account.

Your choices

You can update your profile, control feedback-reply email preference, manage friend/team participation, and delete your account from RL Trainer. For privacy questions or requests, use the in-app Feedback option and select Account.

Children

RL Trainer is not intended for children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us through in-app Feedback.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as RL Trainer changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
